Colette Rubio is an active member of SIM NY Metro Chapter where she currently serves on the Marketing Committee. Ms. Rubio has over 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles successfully managing enterprise level initiatives from strategy through execution. Her expertise includes: business process simplification, application development and package implementations in Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Media and Management Consulting industries.
In her most recent role at HBO as Senior Vice President of Information Technology Services, she led a team focused on Program Management, Business Enablement and Data Analytics to deliver technology solutions across HBO’s business landscape.
Ms. Rubio has held roles with increasing responsibility and was Vice President, IT Systems Development at Time Warner. She was responsible for identifying and implementing business solutions for the corporate office and the divisions of Time Warner: HBO, Time Inc., Turner Broadcasting, and Warner Bros. She successfully managed all projects from initiation to delivery. Earlier in her career she developed a solid reputation working for top corporations such as BD Inc., PepsiCo and Ernst and Young.
She holds an M.B.A. in International Business from Pace University and a B.B.A. in Computer Systems from Baruch College, City University of New York. Ms. Rubio is a National Fellow of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
