Judy Arteche-Carr

Judy Arteche-Carr, Chairperson, Society for Information Management (SIM), New York and SIM International’s Management Council VP for Partner Relations. Judy Arteche-Carr is the CEO and Managing Director of Arteche Global Group. She is a strategic advisor to global companies, CXOs and governments focused on business strategies, global sourcing and risk. Judy has worked with management teams in the transformation of organizations, business alignment to information technology, financial and security management. Previously, she worked at Children’s Television Workshop (Sesame Street), Salomon Brothers (Citigroup), JP Morgan (JPM Chase), Electronic Data Systems (HP) and Unisys.

She also serves on the Advisory Boards of CIO Without Borders, HIC Alumni International, Philippine BPO/IT Council and Womensphere. Judy has received several awards for leadership, notably one of the Fifty Influential Asian Americans in Business and 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World. Periodically, Judy is an adjunct professor at Fordham University, New York and a frequent speaker at global conferences in Europe and Asia. She has a B.A. Communications degree from the University of St Tomas, Manila and an MBA in Finance from (NYU) Stern School of Business, New York.
