Marge Ginsberg

Marge is an Information Technology Leader and Engagement Executive specializing in large scale IT optimization and business-driven IT transformations. Grow C-Level executive relationships, lead matrixed transformation teams, and create global asset based processes to improve business efficiency.

Marge has been in many different roles over her professional career. Each and every one of these roles included speaking to small and large audiences both externally and internally. In addition, Marge is considered an expert in the IT Organization and Process environment and has taught classes on this subject to internal and external audiences since 1998. This includes IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) as well as IBM extensions to the industry standard model.
